Hello! My name is Shaylin Ferguson! My husband and I have four beautiful babies ages eight, five, and twin two year old boys. I am pursuing a bachelors degree in applied management while working full-time. My husband is a fire fighter. We live a very busy but great life! 

We enjoy various music in our household from kids bop for the older kids to learning songs for the two year olds, and my personal favorite artist is Lauren Daigle. I don't play any instruments, but I enjoy listening to music. I use a soft melody for concentration to help studying.

    Yeah! I can see you blog. As difficult as it can be with 4 young kids at home, getting your college degree will mean so much to the economic success of your family. I use coffee music bossa nova style on Youtube to keep my concentration for work.

 Music of the Inupiaq Language and Music - Northwest Alaska  The music created by the Alaska Native people in Northwest Alaska is a combination of the inupiaq language and the beat of traditional drums. Also known as eskimo dancing. The eskimo dancing is a traditional inuit style dancing form usually performed to songs in the Native language, with dances choreographed for specific songs. The Alaska Native People use the music to tell stories of subsistence harvesting, showing the strength of the people, and often times some song/dances belong to a family.  The picture below is the native drums made with stretched seal skin and wooden frame.
